About us
LifeQuality International is a Christ-centered learning organization committed to helping people live balanced, productive lives.
We seek to serve others through training, consulting, mentoring, pastoral care, public speaking and forum facilitation.
LifeQuality was founded in Iceland in 1995 by Greg Aikins, Kristjan Gissurarsson and Ragnar Gunnarsson.
In 2001 LifeQuality International was formed in order to help people in the workplace live balanced, productive lives centered in Christ.
Today, LifeQuality International, seeks to foster catalytic learning situations in which men and women discover who they are, move toward becoming all that they can be in Jesus Christ and engage more authentically in the mission of God in this world.

We long to see Christian leaders developed who are living balanced, effective lives demonstrating the qualities of servant-leadership. Leaders who are contributing to a movement of the Holy Spirit where disciples are multiplied and the church of Jesus Christ is growing in an organic way.

Foster catalytic learning situations in which men and women discover who they are, move toward becoming all that they can be in Jesus Christ and, as servant-leaders, engage more authentically in the mission of God in this world.
